This is how the Semi-Flex policy works: Landmark will keep all prepaid funds in the event a guest cancels fewer than 30 days before their scheduled arrival, unless the vacation rental is re-booked for the same rates and dates. A partial refund may be an option for the same dates booked at an adjustable rate.
