One of Royal Shell's largest homes, it sits on 2.5 acres of property and is fully landscaped with exotic palms, a butterfly garden, and a water feature. This property is also home to the only pair of nesting bald Eagles on Captiva Island (during nesting season, the nest is monitored by the SCCF). Enjoy a coffee or cocktail and watch the dolphins and manatees play from one of two second-floor screened lanais.
