Gulf view condo. One bedroom/one bathroom. Sundial H407 is a very nicely appointed one bedroom, one bathroom gulf view condo located in building H on the 4th floor with elevator in the building. This attractive unit features a fully equipped and updated kitchen along with small dining area. The living room offers a tropical decor along with a queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened porch offering a long view of the beach. The bedroom is separated from the living area by french doors and offers a king bed and TV. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Other amenities include stereo/CD player, bed/bath linens, high-speed wireless internet access and outdoor seating. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building.4. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking permitted in the unit or on the lanai.

Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.

The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
