Welcome to Highlands Loft, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft apartment located right on Main Street in Highlands. Conveniently situated in Wright Square, this charming space is perfect for you and your guests. Upon entering the loft and heading upstairs, you'll be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan featuring a chef's kitchen equipped with various appliances and a full-size refrigerator. The dining area, which seats six comfortably, is integrated into the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living area, featuring a stone wall and gas fireplace, perfect for chilly nights with friends. The living area also comfortably seats six guests.

A unique feature of Highlands Loft is the map painting, allowing you to pin where you are traveling from—a fun way for us to welcome guests from all parts of the world. Down the hall, you’ll find the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, large windows that fill the room with natural light, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. This bedroom also has access to the balcony that overlooks Main Street. Across the hall, the first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large bay windows, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The final guest bedroom has two twin beds and a spacious closet.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
